Residential Wiring: Low voltage wiring provides the pathway to connect all your homes devices to signals from the outside world such as telephone, cable & satellite TV and the internet. A "Structured" low voltage wiring system provides the foundation for all your homes technology systems.  The wires and cables are run from a main structured wiring panel to outlet locations conveniently placed throughout your home.  The structured wiring panel is usually located in a central closet, utility room or mechanical room. High-quality, high-speed cables are used to ensure compatibility with current and future technologies, and the entire system is fully scalable so it can easily be reconfigured to add new features. Flexible conduit can also be added in key locations allowing for easy cabling upgrades in the future. Structured wiring can be retrofitted into an existing home, but it is most often installed during new construction or significant remodel.
